A Monthly Embodiment + Meditation Gathering
The Drop-In is a monthly community experience designed to help you step out of the noise of your mind and return to the wisdom of your body, while connecting with likeminded people in an intimate setting.
This is a space to soften, to feel, to move, and to reconnect with yourself in the presence of others who are also committed to living consciously.
Each month centers around a meaningful theme such as Self-Reliance, Alignment, or Transformation woven through movement, energy work, storytelling, and small group connection.

Guided Journaling & Intention Setting — We begin by creating space to land. Through reflective prompts connected to the monthly theme, you’ll clarify what you’re arriving with and what you’re open to receiving. This is a moment to turn inward, listen deeply, and set a personal intention for the experience ahead.
Empowered Movement — a 30 min somatic-based, interval training, mat class designed to release stored tension, quiet mental chatter, and bring you back into embodied awareness. Curated to a dynamic playlist, it combines elements of cardio, body weight strength exercises, and intentional breathing in a way that allows you to meet yourself where you’re at that day. It is about sensation, presence, and giving yourself permission to tune into the wisdom of your body.Â
Kundalini Activation — a 30-min spiritual yoga practice designed to expand your awareness, clear subconscious blockages and expand your energetic capacity through mantra, meditation, breathwork and movement. Kundalini energy lies dormant at the base of your spine and is awakened through powerful sequences that allow you to tap into your creative potential to create a life in alignment with your soul’s highest destiny.
Gong Bath Sound Healing — a 10-min restorative opportunity to let go of the “doing” and surrender to the cellular repattering that can only happen in moments of total stillness. By simply relaxing and listening to the gong, you receive healing vibrations that allow your body to integrate the deep shifts you made during the previous practices.

Small Group Breakout Sessions — You’ll also be invited into intentional conversations with 3-5 people, where vulnerability is honored and listening is sacred. This is a space where your experience is welcomed without fixing, advising, or rushing.
Each month centers around a meaningful theme such as Redefining Purpose, Self-Reliance, Alignment, or Transformation woven through movement, energy work, storytelling, and small group connection.

This month at The Drop In, we're exploring JOY ✨
Not the fleeting kind that depends on circumstances.
The deeper kind.
The kind that lives in your body.
The kind that emerges when you feel free.
The kind that shows up when you're fully present.
The kind that exists when you're connected to yourself.
Joy is a remembering.
A return to your natural state of aliveness and maybe even your inner child. Â
An invitation to soften your grip on what weighs you down and reconnect with what lights you up.
Throughout the evening, we'll create space to rediscover joy through:

You don't need a consistent meditation practice.
You don't need to perform.
Just bring your body, your breath, and a willingness to let yourself feel.

IMPORTANT DETAILS
 Location & Arrival:Â
We’ll gather at the A-Mill Artist Lofts – at 315 SE Main Street, Minneapolis in either the Dance Studio on the 2nd floor or the Performance Hall on the 1st floor.
An email will be sent day of with the exact location and how to access the specific studio where class is taking place.
There’s plenty of street parking, but we recommend giving yourself extra time to find a spot and arrive at least 15 minutes early to settle in.
We’ll begin promptly, and you won’t want to miss a moment!
What to Bring:
- Yoga Mat
- Meditation Cushion or Pillow
- Journal + Pen
- Water BottleÂ
If you don't have a yoga mat, please message us so we can accommodate you.Â
What to Wear:
Wear workout clothes you don’t mind moving and sweating in. There is some light impact in the workout so feel free to bring shoes if barefoot isn’t supportive for your body.Â
Dress in layers so you’re cozy and comfortable. The gong bath may warm you up, but the temperature in the performance hall can shift.
No previous experience necessary and all genders are welcome. Show up as you are and leave feeling more connected to yourself.
